Abhinav Pillai is a third-year medical student at the University of Calgary with an interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and medicine. His research focuses on leveraging large language models (LLMs) for clinical applications, including enhancing explainability in their outputs and optimizing their integration into healthcare workflows. He is particularly passionate about using AI to improve the quality, accessibility, and equity of healthcare across Canada.
